I spent some time around away from the forums and for the first time in 3 years of being a member of this place, a true member, making sure my presence is contributing something… a piece of something that you can relate the words to… For the first time in 3 years, that was not something in my daily life anymore!
I spent some time, not essentially alone… But I’ve come to discover a thing or two that is the reason I’m writing this…
We’ve been soooo doing it wrong…
In my journey WITHOUT this forum, I’ve come to understand what makes this place different, I’ve come to see the world from a different lens, I’ve come to observe everything I knew as wrong, smash it and tear it away, and build it back up from the start…
There is a reason that anybody who leaves this place is back and very shortly after; It’s not the place that has a secret sauce to it… It is the People!
Many people would argue that you do not make “FRIENDS” online
I say BS.
Not true.
Sure, you might have a different relationship with them
And this maybe… would make it feel like you’re not really “friends” with them…
but this is where we have been wrong all along
this is where the lens changes.
If you look at the people here as friends you have made from all over the world.
so many things here wouldn’t be the same!
They would be so much better
All the disputes, the ‘quarrels’; the Fight for attention, All the effort that an individual can put towards ensuring having the most “allies”
We are not only here to be allies.
We are here to be FRIENDS &&& Allies.
An ally wants your best interest
A friend must want your best interest
Likewise for you, you must carry their best interest in mind
You must be driving them to better places; to better futures
You must understand that your connection with the people you know from here ; from all around the world is a valuable gift from life to you
and I’m serious about this.
It’s a gift from life to know the people here …
The scale is small right?
Think about it
We are only a portion of the world
We are a portion of the portion…of the portion.
So why not use this?
Why not truly connect with the people around?
How come, knowing that you are already a portion
…that you still seek to TOP this portion?? Act from a place of hungry power??
Isn’t it enough power already that you KNOW these people?

The moment you are here ; You’ve established a place of power within your own life.
Social power is a thing, indeed.
But social power in the amity of alliance is a true excellence that is beyond the fine experiences of life and into the most true driving force of existence itself…
This is what I know now.
And I know it for certain.
I spent the last 6 months; practically devoting myself to a project… [never again haha - I learned my lesson!]
The project was designed to be a practical solution to all matters relevant to its persistent problems… (psst!! blueprint of hair! - no it is not named that)
I forgot the one most important thing…
75 people and 3500 people whom the project SERVED,
I compiled all the knowledge and then divined some more; I divined it then I crafted it then I placed it highest upon all my marks; fighting wards for it.
I forgot the one thing that mattered most: the armies of people enjoying their problems finally dissolving after their ownership of the project…
SERVE
RISE.
CREATE.
But connect…
connect, because this is the gift that without it, your own gift would not flourish
the wrapping will wear off…
and it will just be another mundane thing
connect with the purpose of connection
because this is what truly matters.
