Finasteride will strongly affect how this one is going to work
You can try using it but it either doesnt work because of finasteride or it works and you can bide farewell to your hair lol

Yes with platelet rich hair it works it’s just not as efficient as medication

I was thinking that DHT doesn’t target scalp audio and so finasteride gets rid of DHT but DHT field stimulates it back to the body but not the hair
Finasteride does nothing to the dht receptors in scalp. Its just lowers total dht in your body. That is what you will achieve with the medication. Using this field will give opposite of what the medicine does. This field raises total dht levels.
At your age its not a good thing to lower androgens. Hence why i suggested dutasteride scalp, since it desensitizes the dht receptors in scalp. Eventually its your choice. If you havent used the dutasteride scalp field for a longer time i recommend you doing this. Maybe it will only keep your hair, but that is also a good win. When it stabilizes over time you can consider hair transplant over a few years.

It takes dht levels from the body so it takes the scalp, here is what I was thinking
I’m assuming this DHT field protects against the scalp so I would use finasteride to help take all of the dht levels in the body including the hair scalp but using the dht field to come in the rest of the body while dht in the hair is removed
Hey man. Its up to you. I am not giving any advice. But think twice before you mess with your hormones with finasteride. Besides, if you choose this, you have to continue for the rest of your life to keep the effects it is supposed to give. This means a lifetime with low/zero dht? I dont think that is healthy for a man.
If it was only DHT causing male pattern baldness, transplanted hairs wouldn’t grow on top of scalp. Think twice. Its all genetics. The follicles on top are sensitive in some men. It might also have to do with bone/skull formation, like mini-one-time-traumas that causes follicles on top to stop functioning properly.

lol bro you still need to use dutasteride or finasteride after your hair transplant to keep it or you lose all your hair again

This is what I was asking:
Say I take the drug, my whole systemic dht is dramatically decreased but adding dht field would bring the dht back just not in the hair
Idk if that can biologically work

With drugs come side effects. Dream crafts his fields thoughtfully. Maybe skip the drug and use the field for a while and monitor how things go.
