Hello, diarrhoea gets spelled multiple ways in different parts of the world, so I understand if your search didn’t pull up many results.
Search “diarrhea” in the top right (click the magnifying glass) and there are quite a few results.

I did search for both the spellings but with no field I read that this particular issue got healed. I saw iron gullet and gastrointestinal help but I am still wondering

I had this recently for a couple days, but it totally was energetic.
I just changed the wording of my requests to servitors, clearing and shielding fields.
So I’d clear energy, cut cords, etc, then shield as strongly as possible, and ask that all this be done in a safe, healthy, positive, gentle way without detox. That’s what did the trick for me.
And ask the servitors to help you immediately (or intercession) and sort out whatever process is taking place to stop the detox. Add a different request in the case it is physical, but also ask to be healed in a gentle way.
For fields I’d go with:
White Light Waves.
Torsion.
Smart Hulda Zapper.
Force of Life.
Reiki Massage/Smart Reiki.
Acu-atomaton.
Smart Tap Tapper.
Advanced Healer ++.
Blueprint of Life/Flower of Life.
Bushmen Medicine.
Mana Circuits Supercharged.
Any elemental balance field.
Any grounding field.
But besides torsion, healer++ and zapper, this is more for a energy stuffing issue than anything else.
Those are your fields 
Maybe lymphatic too but only as long as it has regeneration and not just draining.
Maybe chi compression into lower dantien or soul core could help too.

Fair enough, sorry for the shorter response, I updated it with Virus Disruption 2. I’d just woken up from a much needed nap (the energy today is nuts and I’m 72 hours into a brain pump), so my willingness to help clashed with “durrr, what fields deal with diarrhea… why did they spell it diarrhoea… oh, it’s spelled both ways, maybe search on the hea spelling? Hmm, results, yup, I’ll reply with that.”

Smart hulda zapper works for me right away and bacteria destroyer.

Turns out a lot of people were the same in m vilage and it could have been a virus in my case and not that energetic as I thought xD
But I did heal without using any virus disruptor so…I just got Negentropic Dragon so maybe she is a better healer than anything else I tried before.
I can ask her to help you out if you still need it. But yeah this was just a confirmation for me to use intercessions more (should have gone with alien intercession).

Thank you so much for asking @Drift. I am better now although still not normal like before. I have an upcoming appointment with gastroenterologist this Monday to know what caused such a prolonged issue. All my reports came out normal so there was no usual infection. But that’s even more concerning since I don’t know till now the cause of it.
