Difference between ojas and jing

if so would both be needed or could i just listen to ojas

Difference between Jing and Ojas?

Ojas are the refinement of a combinations of energies. I would consider ojas to be the refinement of the everyday, which can become a spiritual pressure. Jing, chi and shen are a lot more specific The difference is… ojas is an internal alchemy of these things.

they are different. but you can just listen to ojas and let your body to transform it to jing qi shen.
