I put a morphic field into an item, how do it stop it from effecting me while being near it?

Maybe put the item in a thick, metal box, wrapped in aluminum?
I recall Sammy suggesting something similar to this a year ago, but i don’t think it’ll completely nullify it… Especially if it’s a from a newer field, as they’re quite strong
