For my goal of improving relationships I’ve selected multiple videos and run a playlist all day. I let my body tell me when to stop and I’ve found it best to focus on one thing at a time.
I haven’t heard of any time limits or anything, although I believe the Natural Male Enhancement audio is up to 4x a day as PI wrote in the comments.
I will likely stop listening to audios in the near future and actually just purchase several mandalas. What I do with the mandalas is I print them out in a 4x4 grid at my local copy shop. Since it doesn’t matter what size the mandalas are, I’m getting hit 16 times with each mandala and I don’t even need the audios anymore.
I began my experiment with multidimensional shields of light and found it to be more effective than using the audios and will continue doing it this way, adding some audios from time to time just to make sure I’ve covered all the ground.
I combine PI’s muscle building energy or cardio workout audio with Sapien’s exercise videos. I run muscle building energy for the general increase in muscle building energy, and then add Sapien’s videos. I believe PI’s videos directly target the muscles for stimulation, but do not add Rev-ErbA and Rev-ErbB to the muscles, so they can work as a combination.
At least, that works for me.
I also have a 2x boosted Athletic Performance Tag, so I recover faster and am able to hit the workouts harder as well.
