Are results guaranteed if we listen for long like sapien had clearly stated?

I wouldn’t say guaranteed, they are very promising though. I might have grown marginally (thought I would use his height track to see if there are any tangible effects) but I could definitely feel my growth plates opening

So true. Last year I felt really down for my height. I have been listening to this one + the one from Morphic Energy fields and I swear to god, I feel taller now. Like literally. Before I started listening I was like 152 cm. Currently 158 cm tall. My goal is 168 cm.

What is the proper way to use them to get good results?
How long to listen to the audio per day?
Headphones or speakers?
How long to carry the mandala with me per day?
How many times to print the mandala, stack them and carry them in my jeans bag?.
Are they printed in color or black and white ?.

It all depends on your energy sensitivity, so we can’t really tell you. You need to go by feel and intuition, that’s the best way to do it.
