I’ve been using her teeth alignment audio alongside Dream’s teeth regeneration audio for several weeks now. Have noticed slight realignment but not much yet. Almost every lower teeth are messed and a few upper teeth too, so it could take a long time to get where i want

I just plugged this mandala in yesterday. I’m not sure whether conscious intent/meditation is required when working with the mandala, or if it just works in the background and the ideas naturally “come” to you. I should as Mai about that
