OMG - I took a month or more off from these forums and I come back to the same topic being rehashed over and over and over again. Please for the love of god stop asking in this forum what we think of Sigh Energy - use the search function and don’t be lazy.

If you think Sigh works for you - it’s because you believe it.
It’s a placebo because you believe it.
The only thing that has any power over you or anything that happens in your life ( or body) is your own subconscious. You are giving permission to an external thing to change your life - don’t you know that YOU have more power already in you?
These audios are just meant to “help” us along the way.
Listen to whatever you like - It’s your life.
