This comment got me curious since i’ve been using this creator for a while and got some of his advance fields.

I usually practice pranayama and Qi gong. The more prana you have and your chi circulates well, the better the audios works and any energy work.

What is pranayama? I want to get into qi gong do u recommend any course for it?
Pranayana are basically breathing exercises that are usually used in the practice of yoga, that serve to absorb and increase vital energy, clear the mind among other benefits. there are several types and different techniques for doing them, you can use the one that seems most comfortable to you. You can find more info on YouTube so I learned it a few years ago.
I have also learned Qi Gong from YouTube and I am still learning, it is a very extensive art.
I recommend that you take a look at Lee Holden’s channel, he explains in a very educational and easy to put into practice way. There are also many more qigong teachers on YouTube, one thing will lead you to another.

Sorry for not posting about Sapien’s fields on his own site, but wanted to get a community opinion on this.

While I appreciate the post and definitely agree with everything you wrote, I was trying the field out of curiosity like you said, so hoped for a little more feedback specifically on that field. I just wanted to get people’s opinions on that. Especially as no one has been explicity negative about sigh energy. I’ve checked this thread all the way through and found no explicitly negative stuff from anyone I trust on here, eg. @SammyG , @Maoshan_Wanderer @El_Capitan_Nemo @Dr_Manhattan. So if anyone with concrete evidence updates with “stay away from sigh” I’d appreciate that.
Not that I’m repping Sigh. Some fields feel like they work, some don’t, I think it’s like with most makers, which is why I wanted to get others opinions.

If what you want is to improve your libido, pay attention to what Drift says. Maybe testosterone is not a good idea because of the aggressiveness. But Jing infussion + Orgone accumulator should do the job.
Do not overuse, 1 or 2 times and do a little exercise to move energy and activate circulation.

I was early tester for this, friend of creator, tested for over a month now to see and track results.
Asked the creator to make it free so more people can benefit from it as solomonic pentacles are very important artifacts of occult history.
But also what i notice is peoples karma will prevent them no matter what from moving forward so i guess who ready to improve their life will try it.
