When I first joined this forum I believed everyone was nice and organized. With politeness, little did I know everything here is just as dysfunctional as the teenage discord servers I’m in.

I had the impression Sapien was some monk who lived on a mountain with a huge beard. Now I know he probably lives in suburbia and obeys local street laws.

Cordially, I can’t believe the amount of bickering that exists, even with the people significantly older than me. I am 19. How old are all of you here? I had been given the impression that once you’re an adult, you’re supposed to work on being mature?

The arguments here are worse than in high school

Panchanga Yoga series probably transformed me the most.

Generally a more integrated ego. Much more self-control. Knowledge, wisdom, and conceptual realizations come from experience within rather than reading books and just feeling like it sounds right. Reality is less black and white than I once believed. I generally see things less dualistically.
