Dislocated shoulder

Friends, my shoulder dislocated and I was treated in the hospital and they put my shoulder back in place. I do most physical activities. 5th day but my shoulder is still in the healing process, which areas do you recommend?

I don’t know it is coincident or not. But my long time leg pain completely gone afte 2 days use this.
My knee pain around for 2-3 years and i can not run long. (more than 5km and i have to stop).
