Is that why I don’t feel anything whenever I say “intention on me” when I do naam japna …because I’m saying that to the photo and not listening to the audio lol
(I can’t stand flutes (my ears take the sound like chalk screeching on the wall or whatever that saying is haha.)

@violet, the best way to find out is to try it yourself.
I did try it long time ago, sometimes, it worked, sometimes, I didn’t feel it… and I don’t know why.
