No, it repairs damages in your DNA.
Which means less likely chance to get cancer and other deseases that occur due to the DNA replication process.

I am not sure about this, but wouldn’t the field have a safety measures in place to only work on non-cancer cells?
Because there are cancer cells popping up in the body everywhere on a daily basis, it is just that they get instantly killed by the immune system and thus never cause any trouble…

I am (97%) fairly certain this has to do with epigenetics; meaning, this field will help reverse the modifications of your DNA; not the genetic sequence itself. (Think: nature v nurture). And no, epigenetics is not correlated to cancer as that’s mutation of the cells (therefore, this would not be for cancer help as specified by Marjan)
Edit: this isn’t epigenetics related but you know how UV rays can damage your skin? So I think this field is for reversing the harm or damage that was done to you as you lived life, like the sun example- the length of exposure to the sun can certainly do some damage, so this field would be optimal for reversing it. Pretty cool when you think about it and a rabbit hole when you wonder how on earth he does this but that’s another topic lol
