They’re all a part of the higher vibration series. Ego dissolution takes away the power of your ego temporarily.

And no, the effects are not permanent. You will regain your sense of self after some time. But you can certainly create new patterns in this state of openness that are otherwise very difficult to create.

However, listening to SLR after Ego Dissolution would be a great combination

The audios that are working on your energy body should be fine to loop. I’m not a big fan of looping the audios that are influencing my biological mechanism.

I think only looping VoT + SLR should be sufficient + actually a more potent combination if your main focus is removing subconscious blocks. I like to reserve VoC and VoDL to supplement my chakra growth

I’ve also used advanced healing in the past. It uses your body’s reserves to speed up the natural healing process. One too many times can tire you out easily.
