I was wondering if this course taught you how to actually make morphic fields, just like the ones sapien himself makes.
and also is this course free or does it cost money? I do not see a price
There is a price indicated on the page you linked.
This is currently the only course that the Sapien Medicine Team has on offer and it is not primarily aimed at teaching you how to create fields.

So to answer your question… no, the course isn’t for making fields. But it has the tools and knowledge available for you to develop your mind/energy body to the level that you can create morphic fields.

It kind of gives you the knowledge… Like going to university and attending lectures. But it’s up to you to apply it, practice makes perfect, there’s no shortcut afaik
