Does Upper Body Workout have side effects? Hormones?

Does the Automated Upper Body Workout have side effects of hormones? Or is there no side effects because the hormones are targeted directly to muscles. I am a bit confused…

I believe it may have side effects, but the side effects are more likely if the audio is overused.
Excess Testosterone can convert to Estrogen.
If concerned, listening to reduce Estrogen should reduce the conversion.
Too much HGH can shut down the natural production of the body.

Anyway, I read in the comments that this audio is light on Testosterone, I suppose so that it is suitable for Male and Female use. I also read in the comments that someone got Gyno from overusing the audio.

Does anyone know if you get side effects of acne because of this audio?

If this field is light on testosterone (as was just posted above) it would be unlikely to produce acne. As you’ve been told, this field shouldn’t produce side effects of used as directed.

That being said, everyone is different; every body is different. If you want to use this field, do so at the lowest recommended “dosage” and see how it affects you. If you do develop some side effects, you can either reduce your listening frequency or stop altogether and your possible side effect will go away.

Ok. Thank you WellBeing
