Eating disorder

Hello!
What kind of fields can I use to stop over eating and think about food all the time? I struggle to stop when I eat, even if I’m not hungry.

I’ve been through this myself. Compulsive food cravings are often driven by suppressed emotions, and deep feelings of uncertainty or insecurity. It can turn us into chronic comfort food junkies. Perhaps these two fields will help. I’m sure there are other forum members who know a lot more about fields than I do, and can give you more ideas. I hope you get some good answers that give you the help you need.

These could make a difference:

Overcome any addiction
Become Whole
Self Respect

The most important thing is to find your reasons for eating too much. Boredom? Trauma? Feelings that are overwhelming? As a former binge eater all I can say is that 1) you can do this and 2) give yourself both time and understanding.
