Food intolerance getting worse

Recently, things have been getting worse for me. I used to be able to eat almost any food. Slowly, my intolerance started with Gluten, Bread, raw and certain Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, any type of Milk. Now, I can’t eat Eggs, get anxiety from Chicken(sometimes). I can only eat cooked food - rice being my favorite source of carbs as it’s literally the only thing my body can digest. When it comes to meat, Red meat is my favorite.
