Energy body messed up

This weekend a series of unfortunated events happened since my gf came back of the haunted house of his brother, which led to all sorts of bad luck and my energy body becoming all messed up.

I don’t feel the same and it feels like possession or smth.

To begin with I had a dream in which I turned off my protections (i wouldn’t do that lol) and my gf jumped on me like a succubus at that exact time.

All this started from that situation after she came back from that haunted house. Also his kid stole a toy from that house (he never stole anything before) and kept it to himself, it was a very wierd toy and i couldn’t touch it because immediately I felt a push back. I had to throw it to the trash outside.

Only bad stuff had been happening since then and I feel very dragged like walking on clouds.

thank you.

i played on loop many audios like repel negative energy 2.0 and exorcism.

this made me feel a huge urge to leave the room where i was playing them. like a huge deep seated anguish that activated once i played those audios.

If you are open to Buddhist practices - they tend to work when fields aren’t enough

Mantra of Vajrasattva Buddha of purification

Mantra of Guru Rinpoche subduer of demons

Say the mantras as much as needed. Usually minimum 28 times Vajrasattva or 108 times Guru Rinpoche, might need more in your case.

If you need something stronger you need to recite Arya Sanghata Sutra or Sutra of Golden Light, you can find texts and instruction on FPMT website (usually first result if you Google the sutra names). They have very strong effect but need more time, you need to recite out loud or at least whisper the words.

i did. thank you. it was a great help.

i’ve also used Dreamweaver’s tutorial on creating a shield with magnets. it was very useful and helpful. i feel much more immune to people’s crap.
