It will depend on your own situation, mostly. Just as I said about another field today, I did use also this one daily for a while and then switched to once a week (= playing only 1 time, 1 day) for maintenance.
Forgot to remind that the description also mentions connections with “place, time, event, negative and lower beings”. So it’s a sort of multi-target field. We are constantly in contact with various stuff and that’s why regular maintenance can be useful.
