I feel sometimes that my heart might stop with worry & sadness. Also, always had sleep issues. But ever since I got this, I cope with my days without the actual pain in the chest area I used to get with emotional stress sometimes. Also sleep reasonably well at night. Like, maybe 4-5 days a week, I sleep the whole night, other nights cannot get to sleep till 2am or I awaken multiple times ( This is an Improvement!)
I am sure there are other amazing layers to this nft but am too caught up in my own affairs to enjoy all the subtle benefits. Hope to enjoy this completely one day.

I just used this to make up for lost sleep! I was kept up for 9 hours (during my 10 hours of aloted time for rest). With only 30 minutes remaining, this was played. When I had awakened, there was enough energy to complete a 14 hour shift! One thing to admire is how you can never predict which approach it will take (while using passively). Once, I thought an entity was touching me, but it was merely this working on me :laughing: I had to learn that I am protected while in the resort. You can truly let go and trust you are guarded as well.

last week i decided to try this cobra position, without any instructions, just an image and a few words as a description. and i hurt my back so much pushing the torso upwards. silly me.
all night i played Body Oriented Therapy but i woke up with the same pain in my back.

Luxury Wellness fixed it during morning routine. my back is pain free since then!
it was only the longing for a nice relaxed holiday spa what lead me to this (the moment i was aware that i have this one, witch is exactly where i wanted to beam me! lucky me☺️)

Yes. It can passively work on what it decides to do for you, or you may look up treatments online (offered by the best resorts) and tell it you desire to use one you select and just lie back and trust in the process.

One thing I found is that just because you may not “feel” anything initially, doesn’t equate to some sort of lack on its part. You might Awaken in a brighter mood, or simply feeling more joyful as an example. It is so intelligent that we can’t always guess the outcomes of any treatment.

Sometimes you can expect a greater gift than what you dreamed of. That definitely holds true for the resort.

funny, i just played it the night before yesterday (and mandala under my pillow and around me until now) when my sickness started to get worse again ( i neglected the virus fields because of the excitement of new ones :upside_down_face:).
