Main problem is that I can’t eat too much probably because my stomach capacity is too small.
Is there any way to expand capacity so I can eat more without getting full so fast?
The stomach expands as you get it accustomed to eat more, instead of trying to put more in your plate and feeling sick by over eating, eat more times throughout the day, soon enough the stomach expands and ask for more food.
i suppose you do it anyway, but it would also be helpful to track your food consumption, in an app like myfitnesspal. it gives you a baseline of how much you eat any you start figuring out tricks to make meals higher kcal as well.
