I am making this post here as some of you might be able to help. I have some questions and i’m on a dead end (so far) and I thought individuals on this forum might be able to help. I hope I am not breaking any rule. If so I apologize, this is not my intention and I made this post as much generic as I could and without specifics so that I don’t share the book or advertise anything or share the author’s copyrighted material. Please feel free to edit/delete the post right away if it doesn’t comply with the forum’s rules. Thank you for understanding.
I found this book which has three practices for increasing vitality. I’ve done them and I was pleasantly surprised by the results immediately. Since then, I have been doing them daily for the last ten days or so and I feel really good every single day. I feel my vitality and energy levels have increased as if I am 10 years younger. I know my body is healing from the excess energy as well.
The reason I am posting is that I have questions about the practices. The author is nowhere to be found, the registered email and website do not exist anymore. I am hoping if I describe the practices here -just general descriptions, not exact instructions- some individuals maybe can help me with answers.
The practices
Practise 1: you close your eyes, relax and imagine your body as empty vessel. You imagine a huge space around you filled with sunlight energy. You breath in this energy and compress it inside you
Practise 2: you focus below your navel and when you breath in you imagine the energy being gathered in a ball at that area. On breath out you compress it in a small marble.
Practise 3: you stand up and imagine yourself like a stick figure. You breath in energy from around you into the sticks of your stick figure and compress it inside them.
The questions I have are
- Any insights of what each of the practice does? Any extra clues, insights or even assumptions would be great.
- I believe the 3rd practice is for gathering immediately energy for the body. Maybe for the meridians for immediate use. I am wondering if it’s something I can do whenever I feel tired or low on energy.
