Favorite Audio Fields to Sleep-Meditate to

That’s an interesting choice :joy:

I definitely couldn’t meditate to those so I commend you for giving it a shot

Maybe a slower one next time

Wouldn’t it alter breathing and make sleep either impossible or a lot lighter? Your suggestion got me curious though. Seems like the best way to “utilize” sleep.

I had a similar effect from Kanpu Masatsu, if you want to give it a shot.

You’re basically Batman now
Believe it or not this and another meme motivated me for similar experiments.

As for audios I listen to while sleeping, they were already mentioned by others. So I will add crystal audios, the Sapient Wellness channel audios, a taste of mana, 777 (luck and blessings), raindrops, accupressure, the scented fields from Energetic Alchemy, and the Mantra Mediations album.
Those are chill to sleep to.

Maybe this is a good spot to ask this (or I create a new thread), but I struggle to fall asleep to fields.

Even calm ones keep me awake.

And wondering any tips of how people fall asleep and sleep to them?!

I do still try to it, but my sleep is never feels as regenerative. But I’d love to be able to sleep soundly as my stacks are long and many

Any tips? How quiet? How far away is your speaker from your head?

Other than the environment being conducive for sleep- dark, quiet, comfy bed/pillows. I don’t go to sleep stuffed, my last meal would be around 6pm, to avoid discomfort. Sometimes apply frankincense or lavender to my feet.

Other times do a couple rounds of 4-7-8 breathing practice which can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system — responsible for resting and digesting.

Volume kept to 8-12%, an arm’s length distance.

To answer the thread:
I knock out easily to deeper state sleep, and won’t get up til the next morning (that’s a big win for a super light sleeper me), put the copious stack right after

Meditation Track from the Energy Awakening Course

Or any of the fields from Sapient Wellness, such calming audio there plus the benefits

Mr Jack’s Compass! Ahh that one with its health benefits and gentle waves serenading you to sleep.

Thank you fir your suggestions.

I eat pretty early in the evening, cold dark room etc.

It just seems my ears pick up the song even when it’s very quiet, notice the changes between tracks. Or if I do manage to fall asleep, I don’t feel as regenerated as a silevt sleep.

This is +2 years of trying different tracks. But I might try rearrange the order, put a very relaxing calm track first and then the rest.

I can truly understand, I used to be like that, a teeny weeny sound can cut short my sleep. Especially when I was just starting with fields to sleep, until I have found some routine that’s benefiting me. I hope you will too, happy exploring! And wish you a regenerating one  :sleeping_bed:t4:
