I think what I’m feeling is caused by nicotine withdrawal. My chest hurts like internally. It feels tight, and feels like it’s pushing out (probably inflammation). I honestly wish I wouldn’t have just taken a shower as that made it worse. Anybody have any field recommendations from YouTube that could speed this up? I’m already using the nicotine one I feel like that works well for cravings

PU’s Patreon has a Reversal of the Negative Effects of Smoking. Even as a non-smoker (albeit one who has been exposed to a fair amount of second hand smoke), I found it quite strong. Don’t know what it would do for withdrawal, but you might give it a try.
