Feeling a bit dizzy because of morphic fields?

I added one new video to my stack. The domapine reset which was released recently. So my stack has now 5 videos. And i always listened to my stack of 4 in the past for just 1 time. But now I listen to my stack for 2 times in a row in the morning. So something weird is happening. Maybe its not related to the morphic fields. I dont know. When I was in the sun earlier I became dizzy. Had the same a few days ago. Its weird. I never had this happen because of the sun or at least I dont remember having this recently. The sun affects the aura and the morphic fields also affect the aura. So I thought maybe the sun energy may have overwhelmed my aura. Dont know. I dont know how these things work. I may just say things that dont make sense.

I feel that if I listened to my stack just 1 time instead of 2 then the sun wouldnt create a problem to me.

Why not try that experiment and report back with your findings? And your question needs a bit of rewording. What is the question you are asking? Do I need to adjust my stack, perhaps, rather than feeling dizzy because of morphic fields. Your symptom could be caused by many things. Have you made any other changes in diet, lifestyle, how’s your immune system? Giving a bit of detail helps people help you.

First thing I would try is increasing your water intake.
It isnt uncommon for people when they step up the amount of time they spend listening to fields or to new fields to either feel a bit tired or even sometimes a little dizzy. Most people have found increasing water intake helps.

I take dizziness as a sign that I need to sleep, hydrate, up minerals, and boost B vitamins, particularly B12 (the methyl version in my case).

Don’t underestimate the sun :sunny::sun_with_face:

And yeah, I agree to increase your water intake. I would say to add at least 33% of your normal daily dose of hydration, and ideally that’s water and best if it’s filtered or charged with the water charger

Ok thank you everyone for the advise. I will continue to experiment with the current stack. I dont feel dizzy anynore and so I think that was temporary.
