Feeling worse after using the TMJ field

I started listening to the temporomandibular joint field because I have been suffering from clicking sounds in my ears for 5 years. However, after listening to it once, my ears feel blocked, muffled, and have a sensation of fullness, along with pains and cracking noises I have never experienced before. I’m freaking out. What’s going on? Should I continue listening or stop?

I use grounding fields anytime a particular field overwhelms me. Relaxation fields can also help

stop using that field for now

You can Try this 2 to get back to normal:

And do grounding after that if you consider necessary

I would say in my experience the way out is through. I’ve used the same field on many occasions and had similar sensations but it’s was all helpful to realign things as they should be. Once it settles into the correct posture it will feel much better.
Listening to smart stem cells AFTER the field will help the healing speed.
If you are filled with fear about it listen to your own intuition of course.

Which part of the clicking of your jaw? I have this myself for years. What you can do is to adapt to the lifestyle.

If you have clicking jaw on your left side. Chew it on that area when you eat.

And do it on your left area when you have it on right side.

If both. Need to balance the chewing.
