I don’t know if others above suggested already, but play The sword of St Michael and Excalibur on a regular. They will help you.
Thanks Star. What are they used for? Confidence? Clarity?
Yes, all that plus protection, assertive energy, intercession, light, power.
And throw in the mix at some point
Youth recapture
Childlike wonder
Archetype of parental love
Become whole
A belly full of laughter
I feel that
It’s easy to look back and default to regret, especially when it all happened so recent. It’s like life is telling you to f yourself, don’t even try.
Always remind yourself why you’re doing this, why you wanna be better, why you want your dream life. Eventually the good habits begin to stick, and the snowball effect really takes place.
It has to feel flowy, not like you’re resisting against life. Hence present moment awareness is so useful.
Well it’s tricky to pinpoint specific fields. Once you’re in this mental abyss it’s not so easy to look up and out. The mind and mindset are so important. That’s why I recommended the vibration audios. Now that I’m thinking of it, how about outlook retrainer or new perspectives? I haven’t tested them much though so can’t tell their long term efficacy.
Other than that i cannot recommend enough the wim hof breathing + cold shower. I’m still doing it practically every day for two years+. The mental clarity after the breathing is pristine.
Also like mentioned above, a single habit can have a snowball effect which improves all other aspects of daily life.
I wish there would be a panacea for the mind (maybe an NFT in the future?), Other than that just keep going, there’s light at the end of the tunnel. In fact you’ll realize there never was a tunnel in the first place
The Wim Hof method I do daily. It’s fantastic. Usually perform it outdoors in the cold. I haven’t found the courage/liking for cold showers. I’d much rather walk into a pond and be fully submerged or take an ice bath. Idk what it is about cold showers. Perhaps when the weather warms up I’ll give it another try.
Outlook Retrainer and New Perspectives I’ll revisit. I didn’t stick with them long enough when previously encouraged to try. I appreciate you taking the time to respond in such lengths. It’s just nice to be able to express myself to folks who have traveled the path.
Today’s verse of the day (Hebrews 12:5) felt fitting after seeing this.
“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline,
and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
6 because the Lord disciplines the one he loves,
and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”[a]
7 Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? 8 If you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. 9 Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live! 10 They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness. 11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”
Ancestors leaving bread crumbs.
Beautifully put. Even the image of Christ on the cross endures for Christian and non- Christian alike because it reminds us not only that we must shoulder our burdens, that the only way out is through, but it also tells of the reward that lies on the other side should we heed the call.
If you will allow me, I will continue to pray for your strength to endure.
Please do. I can use all the help I can get.
I recommend shatchandi yagna, the grace of angels and saints, the new gratitude (from duo) and spear of destiny (gives a holy aura, people should treat you differently)
Constantly deep aura cleaner (once a week) and etheric cord cutter is always a good idea.
Thanks Bup. I’ll map it out and add a few if not all to the list.
