Fields/Playlist to recover from extreme burnout

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to quickly recover from extreme burnout and exhaustion. I have a lot of fields and NFTs but I still feel so drained and am starting to feel unwell. Usually I can handle this and bounce back but this time I am feeling very weary like I’ve never experienced before. I’m in a high pressure position that has been requiring lots of research, constant notifications/changes/volatility and it’s been breaking me down. My body hasn’t felt this low energy in a long time. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Hey WW,

Before we talk fields at all:

Are you eating enough/ are you eating high quality foods
Are you drinking enough quality water
How much sleep are you getting
Are you taking any nutritional supplements/ vitamins…… esp collagen powder

Hey Kyle

I haven’t been eating the best food all the time, but I do try to cook healthy when I can. Daily I take a bit of shilajit with turmeric tea. The shilajit is usually good for stress but this time it seems that it’s just not enough or not enough in tandem with other good things.

How about the other things like water and sleep?

IMO there needs to be a foundation there. A high quality vitamin esp the b vitamins can be very helpful for high stress.

Ashwagandha is an awesome adaptogenic herb that I take which is great for stress, energy, and also for better sleep. These are all just suggestions, I’m not a doctor and hopefully there’s nothing serious going on with you.

I can test the fields you’re using at the moment and see if any are causing issues for you as well. Just shoot me a DM.

When people tire me out, I usually escape to the forest. I believe that spending half a day in the forest is very beneficial both energetically and mentally♻️

In addition to what has been said above, which I agree with btw.

Besides fields, which I doubt I need to make any suggestions on…I would like to recommend a few things…Medicinal Mushrooms for one. No, I don’t mean the “magic” kind, although they have their proper place as well.

What I mean is Red Reishi, Shiitake, Maitake, Chaga, Cordyceps, Black Hoof, to name a few, these are synergistic with each other and go very well with Turmeric, Ginseng, Eleuthero, and Shilajit. (Lions Mane for relaxing and calming)
If possible, get extracts in capsule form, avoid tablets as they are not very well assimilated comparatively and tend to be lower quality.

You’ll get nice immediate effects, but over time they really help build up your systems and can protect and help quite a bit during times of stress or prolonged pushes, times staying awake etc…Some kinds are even touted to help restore Jing and other energies.

You would take them every day once in the morning and once in the evening, but if they are too stimulating then noontime instead or even just once a day for starters.

If you have to choose just a few, then Red Reishi and Cordyceps will make a big difference by themselves for energy levels, and Lions Mane will help with calming and emotional issues etc… next for energy and stress capabilities would be Chaga. However if you have a kidney condition Chaga can worsen it so maybe leave that one alone until a later date.

If you are taking Turmeric, remember/be aware that for it to be properly absorbed it should be taken with some kind of fat or oil, a quality fish oil is par excellence as an addition.

Bee Pollen, if you have no allergy to Bee products is also par excellence for endurance and energy, especially when taken daily. Anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon or two, twice or thrice a day. Fresh Bee pollen is far better than capsules or overly dried stuff. Get it from the refrigerated section in your store.

Vitamin C will also increase adsorption as well as benefit in a host of other way. But it should be QUALITY Vitamin C, none of the cheap bulk ascorbic acid. If Possible get ESTER C, it’s the best form of Vit C other than naturally occuring forms in food.

Magnesium is important for so many functions, but it will relax you, so take it when you are at home and ready to wind down, also if you take Magnesium in capsule form it will likely have a laxative effect more than anything, get LIQUID Magnesium, preferably from trace minerals, ionic form. This will have a much better relaxing and calming effect. Take it along with Lions mane before bed for better sleep. Also Lions Mane will increase dream clarity, experience, and even recall to a degree, if you want to boost this effect, take Ester C along with it before bed.

NAC is another powerful and important supplement that can benefit greatly. If you get a quality brand of this is it will smell like rotten eggs or sulfur when you open the bottle, that’s how you know you have the good stuff. If it has no smell it’s likely weaker or diluted. Smelly is good. NAC is a very potent antioxidant among other things and can have a mild calming effect, so keep this in mind.

LOTS of water, all the time. More important than food is WATER, not coffee, not soda, not sports drinks, WATER. Good, clean, water! Avoid drinking too much purified water as it’s lack of minerals will pull them from your own body as it is eliminated.

Avoid chlorinated or fluoridated water too!
Avoid Sugar, it’s hell on every part of your system and does nothing to help you that you won’t already get in your food.
Avoid the Microwave for anything you will consume, don’t even hang around it while it’s running. This device is great for sterilizing lab glassware and other items that need sterilizing, but it absolutely makes food energetically poisonous and pretty much destroys any real food value you might get from things cooked in it. Check out studies of how drastically a person’s aura and energy shrinks after eating even a little of microwaved food.

FRESH foods! Living vegetables and plants, fresh and non preserved proteins if you eat animal products.

Lots of sleep when possible.

AND I’m gonna offer what is likely an upopular opinion…but also if you have a connection to any higher power, then spend time in prayer and/or meditation every day. All power, all life comes from the SOURCE. We are quite far removed “down here” so maintaining a connection with beings closer to that SOURCE are in a much better position to channel the good stuff down to you in your removed state. (There are SO MANY other benefits beyond this, but for the sake of brevity, we shall omit further detailing atm.)

I know there is a lot here, so do what you can, personally I can attest from long time personal experience to all of these and could offer many more recommendations beyond this.

My Grandfather was an ND and my Grandmother was a Nutritionist, so I learned a great deal growing up. HOWEVER, I’m not a licensed medical professional, so please do your research and know your body and what is safe and acceptable for your needs. You are the one responsible for making informed decisions about your welfare, but hopefully some of this will at the very least point you in the right direction.

Blessings to You, May the Grace of those whom guide and guard All Life flow upon you continuously in all your walks and ways and set you upon your path anew. Refreshed, Restored, Blessed, and Better off for having had this experience. Remember that every cloud has a silver lining as they say. This world is a school of learning for those who attend it and no problem is ever sent to us without having a lesson to teach and a gift to bless us when we learn from and conquer/integrate the lesson.

Before Endocrine healing fields helped alleviate my adrenal fatigue I used to take “Jigsaw Health Adrenal Cocktail”. It’s a powder blend of Vitamin C, Sodium and Potassium which you can find on Amazon. It supports a balanced response to stress and a steady energy production. Maybe this might help you?

Also L-Theanine is a tea supplement that helps when you need relaxation and I think would prevent burn out.

I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. I think this past week was one of the most trying and draining in my life. I have got some supplements and am going to start spending more time in nature. For now, ironically, taking a break from fields with the exception of Blueprint of Life every now and then has helped. I also took a few days off to just relax.
Then on the 3rd day of my rest I found out a good friend of mine has passed away months ago and that took me back to feeling sad and depressed. Then the next day after that, someone drained my entire account and liquidated all my funds in one of my main wallets.

I really was done with everything and honestly wanted my life to be over for a few split seconds. Then I got it together and just realized it was one of those “when it rains it pours” situations and certainly not worth giving up on life. But I definitely felt and do feel double of what I was feeling before. Maybe it’sa sign from the universe to take everything into account and really examine my health and how I need to prioritize my health better because without that, everything else I’m chasing will turn to dust anyway.

I made this thread with the thought I would be be able to instantly go through it and respond in a timely fashion but that just wasn’t in the cards. Just know I’m reading everything with gratitude and will soon be able to get back. It’s been hard to write and read coherently at times. It seems like only survival stuff is conceptualized and everything else is a little hazy.

We have just exited an enormous amount of astrological changes that have been going on since the start of the year. Retrograde after retrograde, eclipse energies, yesterday was the full moon. Not to mention all the spiritual/religious energies that are in play at this time of year.

Many people, will see big changes in their lives and new directions taking place, attention called to things that may have been set aside, or overlooked.

This is a time of transition, you have the right idea. Step back, breathe, let go, and embrace with gratitude whatever the Infinite Divine Guidance and Power has in line for you next. Your soul knew this time would come before you incarnated and it set this experience up for you to take part in for a reason.

Trust, Have Faith, Hold Peace and Hope, and Embrace with Confidence and Joyful Expectation, what is presented to you as you traverse this new fork that your path is taking.

I know all this is easier said than done, so just keep the above in mind and do as thou wilt, but be aware that this too shall pass and that it will lead you to greener pastures. (What form that “green” will take is anyone’s guess of course)
