Ahhh, now I can tell that you’re quoting me. I’m learning! (Yay, me!)
True, there is that audio. Does that play in the prolactin hypothesis mentioned above? If it does, that’s escaped me.
Don’t quote me but, to my recollection, I don’t believe we do have an audio that regulates prolactin.
However, as I understand that portion of this thread, prolactin dysregulation isn’t the problem in the hypothesis presented. In that hypothesis, the prolactin is being regulated properly. The hypothesis, as I understand it, says that
- when people orgasm, prolactin is released into the body
- Prolactin could produce brain fog
- On average, it takes 3 days for the average male body to clear prolactin and return itself to baseline levels.
If this hypothesis is accurate and if this hypothesis is a factor for anyone reading this thread, then (to me) it seems like the most straightforward and effective approach to take is for that “anyone” to become more fully aware of this mechanism, to learn what (if any) effect this mechanism has on their body and mindset and, if necessary, to make more mindful decisions about the number and frequency of their orgasms.
Adding a field on top of this mechanism is like my diabetic uncle having his 3rd slice of double-chocolate cake, saying, “It’s OK. I’ll just take another shot of insulin.” That’s a different approach, which did not work out so well for him.
Maybe, although I believe that the forum friend to whom I was replying is already quite young. So, “rejuvenation” would not be the first thing that I would recommend.
