Fields specifically for brain fog

Just mentioning this here because many are not aware of this:

Having an orgasm for men (and also for women?) results in brain fog for up to 3 days (or even longer) afterwards because of the prolactin production.

Prolactin works as a dopamine inhibitor, meaning that it kills the motivation to do anything (at least anything that does not release a higher amount of dopamine than the sexual stimulus that was just experienced before the orgam).

Most men also jerk off way too often and are thus in a constant state of prolactin induced brain fog, i.e. exactly where the elites want them to have – in a state of passivity, compliancy and low testosterone.

If you have the mean or own those already, the best one in my experience for brainfog are:

  • Plasma Brain of Youth
  • The Iron Gullet
  • Detoxed Plasmatron Life

Imo everyone should own Plasma Brain, besides the intelligence and clarity, I personally gained 1-2h of sleep per night thanks to it.

Also, besides the classic nofap, I’d recommend you to watch your sleep quality and food.

That’s pretty messed up but I personally had to completely cut gluten.
As well as sugar, but this one there is buttload of research backing it up already.

Just meditating on it x2-3 during the day.

I think because of the youthing aspect and the harmony it creates the brain may need less recovery at night.

I seriously have my doubt about that, like I would charge sugar or whatever substance the body doesn’t appreciate. But I’ll try :grin:

True, there is that audio. Does that play in the prolactin hypothesis mentioned above? If it does, that’s escaped me.

Don’t quote me but, to my recollection, I don’t believe we do have an audio that regulates prolactin.

However, as I understand that portion of this thread, prolactin dysregulation isn’t the problem in the hypothesis presented. In that hypothesis, the prolactin is being regulated properly. The hypothesis, as I understand it, says that

  • when people orgasm, prolactin is released into the body
  • Prolactin could produce brain fog
  • On average, it takes 3 days for the average male body to clear prolactin and return itself to baseline levels.

If this hypothesis is accurate and if this hypothesis is a factor for anyone reading this thread, then (to me) it seems like the most straightforward and effective approach to take is for that “anyone” to become more fully aware of this mechanism, to learn what (if any) effect this mechanism has on their body and mindset and, if necessary, to make more mindful decisions about the number and frequency of their orgasms.

Adding a field on top of this mechanism is like my diabetic uncle having his 3rd slice of double-chocolate cake, saying, “It’s OK. I’ll just take another shot of insulin.” That’s a different approach, which did not work out so well for him. :wink:

Maybe, although I believe that the forum friend to whom I was replying is already quite young. So, “rejuvenation” would not be the first thing that I would recommend. :man_shrugging:

@WellBeing i am trying to cheat of course… and it does seem unfair that this happens…

when i was hmm… younger i did alot of experimenting… read books… some russian about sexual biology/psychology and there was stated something called sexual altruism. i knew nothing of energy then.

well i had the luck to be able to practice this with one ex (longer relationship … 5 Years or so)…

from my point of view now it was absolutely wholesome.

Sexual altruism is ment for the males (but of course also ladies can be so) and involves the simple principle of having less orgasms then your female partner. so when you go to bet you focus on her pleasure… and when done in a sencere and focused way, you can skip your orgasm every once and a while…

well technically speaking it was organized so (we wernot living together):

monday: both finish
tuesday: I finish
wednesday, thirsday : she

and so …

i did allways use my intution when i cant/want to finish and allways felt super in my skin to be able to make her happy… i felt like a noble knight…

my relationship nowadays which is coming to an end after 10 Years and was admitedly super toxic for me didnot allow for such altruistic handling…

so… alittle oftopic but i had a muse… (perhaps after listening of the plasma brain of youth before writing this)

the first relationship i was 20-21…and as i see it know alittle smarter then now…

in that case you would have to shift your perspective (i.e. New Perspectives or also the Woven Worlds Magic, however that is discontinued). Also you would have to become an observer of your thoughts, to have this present moment awareness as taught by Eckhart Tolle. From this state, you can shift into a new state, so this is a combination of realising who you really are and learning a new habit (new ways of thinking). PONR should help massively with this imo. If you follow this, the brain fog should naturally subside
