Finding relief after trauma and shadow work

Working with my shadows and traumas knocks me down. Lately I reached a point where my tolerance increased and I am now after making the procedure even better so I can do this work more times in the week.

Grounding helps but very little.

Any fields, practices or any other tools bringing relief after doing trauma and shadow work?

For relief, maybe nerve fields, brain fields + Omega 3 supplements are good for the brain, can help.
