How’s it going?

I believe its working really good. Some huge changes happened without forcing anything and out of self inner motivation. For example.
I am eating healthy, quit dairy and overeating automatically within a week of starting.
Started waking up at 5 am and religiously walking 10k steps daily.
Started some ayurveda routines. I am active all day with no nap needed.
Biggest block still to start workout everyday. So I will start listening to it twice a day now instead of only 1 time. I am also using architect of reality btw.

I just carved and bought it this morning :sweat_smile: as someone who knows that exercise helps me out of depressive slumps - I need it. Unless I want to go back to zombie mode again…
