It pushes you to be in the fight or go get it and you can overcome mode
rather than the flight.

Its smart in that it does this, when there are ‘flight’ responses.
(throughout the day, the field stays with you a bit after listening)
over time, the brain accepts and wires in these new patterns.

The original description of this field that is no longer available said this. I think what it does is put you in fight mode, not balance both modes, but I’m not sure.
