An official guideline is in progress. Anyone may feel free to answer this
My understanding
Patreon membership tiers:
Premium access (only) content - must be subscribed, and work only for subscriber:
Purchase for your self
(YouTube subscription tier audios may also be played for immediate family only)
If you want to share Sapien Medicine, can do so via a url, eg. YouTube channel, that they become a patron via Patreon, etc.
Some gumroad audios explicitly state they are protected in their description, eg. Black Label
Price and subscription tiers are determined with rationale.
Hope that helps, and anyone please comment if there are errors here
A proposed idea.
What?
Sapien Medicine NFT library for active forum members
Why?
Summary
The amount of NFTs that Dreamweaver has created over recent years has been (in my mind) abundant and generous. Forum members have been collecting some, while there have been several who have recently posted on the buy/sell thread with themes such as “a garage sale, finding a good home, narrowing focus of NFTs for the year,” and just a general reduction of NFT holding.
There are active members who trade.
Some members buy an NFT for more than $200, but then decide to sell or trade the NFT less than a month later.
Like a community library, an opportunity to experience and interact with a variety of NFTs, without a higher cost to enter
Possibly, learning to appreciate and value an NFT over a more focused (lended) period of time.
Librarian/Curator to facilitate
Who is benign_polaris, and why is he/she, are they proposing this idea?
Summary
I discovered Sapien Medicine near the end of 2021. Entered the forum at the end of 2022. Been actively following every day since.
I’m an admirer of art, beauty aesthetics. I value truth, wisdom, knowledge, and the opportunity for diverse & meaningful experience.
Since January, I’ve been somewhat obsessively reading every Solana NFT post and connecting very lightly with the NFT image (Dream is kind to enable “sampling” of the the NFT energy through the image). I have over 20 NFTs, aware that I at least subconsciously connect a little bit with about a dozen of them, consciously interact with 3-4 a day, but truly am only focusing on one more fully.
I’m not sure about another’s experience with NFTs, but personally believe there is a limit for a person in the number of NFTs they can connect with on a daily basis and more fully grow with their energy over a longer period of time (here, Less maybe more).
My intention, albeit somewhat recklessly at the start, is to connect active forum members with experiencing the energy of an NFT they may be seeking. Alternatively, to possibly recommend an NFT they didn’t have knowledge of, or weren’t expecting to receive at that point in their life. On a more personal level I wish to better understand and lightly experience more of Dreamweaver’s creations.
I’d be willing to take the lead on this project, but will defer to any member that the forum has more trust in, as well as is capable.
The aim of this post is to 1) ask for permission if an NFT forum library (or similar system) would be acceptable, and 2) if there is any interest in creating one.
Further questions, suggestions, concerns etc will be welcomed if the above criteria are met.
Oh so you mean like renting?
If you mean that; you can maybe like idk create or propose a thread for renting x swapping?
If it’s approved
Hi lol
So he has stated them, but it’s like in different threads for different audios / situations
Anyways
Shareable =
YouTube free audios or Patreon $5 tier membership. But shareable for immediate family only
Premium $22= the ones that were available at the $5 tier are still shareable for immediate family only, but the premium ones that you have now activated/unlocked are going to work only for you and you alone; not shareable.
IE:
So if there is a premium audio like Financial Protector,
that audio will only work for me, the sole owner of the account that’s subscribed to the premium $22 tier, not the rest of my immediate family; they need to make their own individual and separate accounts.
Basically any premium audio on Patreon is pattened the same exact way Black Label is (which is located at Gumroad)
Gumroad =
All those audios you see, other than the ones like Black Label and the Face Sculptor , are shareable with immediate family only.
And I guess a person could try to share any audio of Gumroad/TeeSpring/SapienShop with others but be warned it’s not going to end well for either them or that person (because that’s also known as piracy lol)
Ding ding ding
When I signed up for the Patreon premium tier, I didn’t even known this forum existed…It wasn’t until 3 weeks later, that I saw someone make a comment in a very old post referencing this forum. After I signed, I began to understood a little more to all of this. Sapien/Deamweaver/gumroad/ teespring/instagram/mandalas etc.
When reading, basic posts I noticed people asking download questions…with no reference point to real guidance.
If the information is not provided in the service I am subscribed, then how was I supposed to know any of this? How was I supposed to know there was even a rule about it?
If there are any rules beyond basic common sense especially that will include reducing the value of our audio for sharing with family when still subscribed, then I don’t think it is inappropriate of me to expect these rules listed in any service I am paying for.
My question are for all platforms, but specifically for Patreon. And again, I have yet to see any officially written guidelines. Not everyone on Patreon (or anywhere else) is a member on this forum. How would they find these guidelines?
I have shared 2 audios from Premium tier with my 15 year old son. I have sent the files to him. They appear to work physically and he can hear them. I did this within 2 days after I signed up for Patreon. He was also one of the reasons I signed up in the first place.
If what you say above is accurate why are his files still working (at least physically)?
Most answers can be found via search bar
A simple search of “sharing” comes up with the result(s) you need to know. And this gives you your answer for this and why with the official confirmation.
We must understand that this is mainly a 2 man team who has to keep up multiple platforms and they have a private life outside to keep themselves sustained in order for them to be able to keep making content and supporting the community/supporters so it helps that there’s support / volunteering to fill in whats needed
Ive recently joined staff role to do some lifting for us. This community has been here for a very long time now and as the new year continues we continue to grow
Yes I do absolutely understand this is a small team, and I very much appreciate the talent and efforts of everyone that is contributing to the success and all our individual health and healing journeys”
I am truly grateful and hope that isnt perceived with my previous comments/questions. I am just looking for full clarity.
The last thing I want to do is take advantage of anyones work…my questions are to make sure I don’t do that (unintentionally)….I think many are in the same situation.
We want to help loved ones
The files cant be purchased individually (understandably as to to create passive monthly income)
We want to share with loved ones who cant afford or are minors. How is this able to be done without talking advantage?
There are even comments in regards to even if intentions are good, and you shared a patreon file, the frequency knows you shared the file and that frequency will change. I am just trying to find full clarify, and most comments are speculation/heresy/opinions at best … Thanks for your help and reply.
@Violet
Renting/lending/(even)reselling via Sapien Medicine.
The main thing is that there are plenty of NFTs sitting in forum member wallets that aren’t being used (some members are looking to pass on these NFTs to be continued to be valued). Currently the options are to sell/trade on the market, or gift them to someone else. These lesser used NFTs could find a ‘home’ via a Sapien Medicine place - wording/description that is most suitable.
So instead of underutilized NFTs being scattered, and possibly difficult to find/connect with, they could be returned to an SM place where it’s easier to pass to a member that aligns with their energy.
I personally like the idea of a library, or possibly art curation. Personal benefit is to interact/care for the NFTs, and share/pass on their value to further be appreciated.
Hmm, a lot of this, since the nature is personally interacting with an individual field, is learning through personal experience. This then includes interacting with and asking in the forum.
I suppose a guideline could be posted/shared with anyone who becomes a subscriber to Patreon.
Personally, I’d be cautious with sharing any field with a minor. Up to them whether they choose to engage with it or not. Let them read the description, feel the energy from the image, before deciding. As a parent, check how they are doing specifically in relationship to the field.
Rather than assuming, and since you mentioned you came across SM through Patreon, you may not know that all of this content is free: https://m.youtube.com/@SapienMedicine/channels
Your loved ones/minors could easily access this.
If someone can’t afford paid fields, you can give them the money to afford it, e.g. create a shared bank account, PayPal under their name/ownership. If someone is physically disabled, with their consent you can purchase and play the field on their behalf.
Thank you for the link…I am aware of the youtube content , but the healing file I need for my son is not available on youtube. He is aware of frequency and healing and we are both working together to through this healing journey.
As far as your other replies, this seems at points contradictory of Divine Lotus’ pinned posts above referencing Dreams embedded comments.
I have been searching the site since I posted my question, and until any official guidelines are provided, I will use the fragmented comments directly from “Dream” as my clarity.
And please take no offense whatsoever…I do appreciate your help…everyone is posting their comments and I am just trying to find the source of truth to those comments.
I understand it seems odd and annoying AF that I am still asking this, but I am truly trying to prevent unintentional repercussions… My intentions are genuine and pure. I wholeheartedly respect SapieMed team and my life has changed in such a short amount of time specifically because of them!!!...the least I can do is 100% respect their rules and guidelines. That is why I am asking about it all…Thanks again for your reply!!
If someone purchased an audio and used it for themselves, then there are no repercussions. And from the forum, these may be used for immediate family as well.
But it seems like you just want Dream to tell you that directly.
Instead of trusting your own experience, or the experience of forum members.
In any case I suppose an official posted guide to answer such questions would be helpful.
ok wait so are you suggesting
the NFTs I have paid over 10,000 dollars for…that I currently do not use due to some whatever reasons…I should send to a Library - which btw could not guarantee I will be sent back since technically a person can run off with it- so those who also think they are cool can get a more deeper connection…but like get to avoid spending the 10k+ that I had to spend lol…?
I’m not suggesting to anyone what they do or not do with their NFTs.
There are potentially lots of questions, concerns, along with varied systems/structures, which a person would find agreeable or disagreeable. Areas like intentions, ease, convenience, security. I’ve thought about a few different designs depending on purpose, function, audience and feasibility.
But to answer what you wrote directly.
A Sapien Medicine place - what word best fits that function isn’t established: e.g. library, second hand shop, gallery, …
There are different interactions that a person may like to do. Let’s use three categories:
-
Person with an NFT, moves it → to SM place
Sample interactions by person:
Sell, Lend, Trade, Deposit, Donate… -
SM Place with NFT, moves it → Active Forum member
Sample interactions by SM Place:
Sell, Trade, Lend (time frame could vary distinctively, e.g. 30 mins, a few weeks, a month) -
Active forum member interested in an NFT → SM Place
Sample interactions by Active Forum member:
Buy, Borrow, Trade, Inquire, (Gallery view; short time frame lending)
There are no true guarantees for anything. But guarantees can be set, risks mitigated, security heightened, and consequences determined. Let’s walk through some interactions:
Selling/Buying/Giving/Donation -
This already happens in the community. But if someone wants to sell/buy, they need to find a person interested in the exchanged offer. They may also need to check the thread often. This could be inconvenient and take time without any guarantee of a sale, or if the NFT is interacted with in as intended, e.g. “a good home, treat him well, enjoy…” If someone receives an NFT, they may not really know how to interact with or value it. Or it could be very different what they are truly aligning with. Hence it sits around or is placed back on the buy/sell thread.
Deposit - As in a depository, e.g. cold storage/hardware for NFTs.
Lend - if this occurs, the agreement is that an NFT is moved between parties with conditions. If a person breaks a condition, e.g. “run off with it,” what might be some of the consequences? How would that person be viewed in this forum?
There would of course be conditions if such a case happened. For the person who lent and lost their copy of the NFT, what guarantee would have been agreed upon if such a case occured: be a given a different copy? a monetary value as if it had been sold? What would be agreeable to have first lent the NFT?
Personally, my view is to trust the active community members here, with the belief that if there is an agreement to lend/borrow within a certain time frame, then the NFT will be returned within that time frame.
Sapien Medicine NFTs can be viewed in several different ways. Besides a system of categories like deities, tools, enhancements, health, NFTs could each be viewed as a product, service, companion, guide, or simply an experience.
Some people may be buy an NFT to own it, to have it as a value. Another may buy as a part of their “personal growth, journey,” which can be let go of once that part ends. Another may simply buy for the momentary experience, like traveling to a destination or going to the theater.
As stated before in a previous post, my personal benefit is more along the lines of experience, with being a source to align members with what/how an NFT may be of interest to them.
Looking at the future, if Sapien Medicine continues to grow, there will potentially be new issues. Having some structure or organization that has a base in preparing to respond, could be helpful. Here that would be NFT related.
I don’t think any of this can work.
I am not sure whether you are aware of it, but these are very socialist/communist ideas that you are proposing.
However, communism never works with humans.
It may work when ALL the work is 100% done by robots and AI.
But humans always need an incentive, reason, motivation, dopamine trigger etc. in order to do something.
In my opinion, nothing that you have proposed so far gives anyone a reason or incentive to participate in something that goes beyond what their are already doing.
The marketplace on the forum already regulates itself.
Like every free market does.
It is based on potential incentives, potential risks and levels of trust between various forum members.
No need to introduce hundreds of additional rules for “what if” cases.
That’s how governments kill their economies.
Communism never works.
Human nature is capitalistic.
People will act or not act depending on the potential outcome and risk involved.
It is a self-regulating mechanism.
You cannot get rid of it as long as human brains are wired the way they are.
If you want to introduce some new mechanism to the forum I suggest you start with first looking for a potential incentive for people to participate.
PS:
None of the NFTs just “sit passively” in the wallets of their owners. Even when not actively working with them, the fields behind the NFTs still work on their owners all the time.
There is simply no incentive of why I should lent my NFTs to some library where strangers will be able to lend it out and then disappear with them forever. This is like an invitation to be voluntarily robbed, lol.
Just like in a socialist or communist society where robbery is enforced by the government.
Thank you for writing and sharing your view.
I suppose that is a possible interpretation but I’m not viewing it as such. The SM place could be a library, second hand shop (e.g. thrift, pawn, exchange), gallery, etc. These would all include some monetary exchange, and such places exist within capitalist countries with varying levels of activity/success. I also stated buying & selling, and lending - but wasn’t explicit about a lending fee, interest, etc.
I listed several but can reply directly here.
Time, Ease, Convenience. Some examples:
A buyer/seller could go to the buy/sell thread, but after posting, checking every day, questioning whether to lower the price to sell/buy, there is no guarantee that an exchange would take place. There may not be a seller and there may not be a buyer for the NFT. If its a older or less popular NFT, people may not know about it or have any interest in it.
Something that would take less time, be easier, and more convenient, would be to sell/give the NFT back to Sapien Medicine for a lower price. But the transaction would be guaranteed to occur. The advantage for SM is that if someone wants to buy an NFT, it may be easier going SM then trying their luck on the buy/sell thread. This can be especially true for limited prints that may otherwise be sitting in someone’s wallet, who may or may not had tried selling on the buy/sell thread but couldn’t find a buyer at the time.
If SM is lending out NFTs to active forum members, then the price to experience an NFT could be significantly lower then purchasing one. More members could learn to better identify what type of NFTs they more highly value, and place more of their attention. This could go along with the idea of having more freedom and awareness in choosing the life a person is creating for themselves.
As it is currently, the best option that I’m aware of, is to trade often, but this leads back to the Time, Ease, Convenience, and the higher possibility that even if the person finds an NFT of interest, the trade offers may not be agreeable.
Rarer, older, difficult to find NFTs. Would be easier to go to one place first, then going to the thread or asking around and around.
As it is currently, I would agree that the marketplace on the forum does well and already regulates it self. An SM place would be an additional option to the market.
“hundreds of additional rules for ‘what if’ cases” wouldn’t be necessary.
For someone lending an NFT, and it is lost/stolen, could be as simple as receiving a different numbered copy, a monetary amount, or some other agreeable condition.
For someone that cheats/steals, e.g. an active forum member, their name would be known and a level of trust would be broken - similar to not paying or sending an NFT on the market place.
This is helpful to know. I’m not sure how many people here are aware of this. In my personal experience, as mentioned in a previous post in this thread, I feel that I’m limited in how much I’m working with an NFT that is just sitting in my wallet. Like if I was to recall it, carry a printed image, visually engage, or listen to the audio, the difference in work would be at least more than 80%.
A possible incentive is to receive some fee or interest for when the NFT is lent, for how long, etc. Another incentive is sharing an NFT that may be well aligned with a person, and potentially have a significant impact on how they become more aware of and live their life.
These wouldn’t be complete strangers. These would be active forum members whose names, posts, personal messages have been recognized, familiar, in spending time here.
Right now I’m asking if such an idea could potentially be approved, and whether there is any interest in doing so.
Sounds like a lot of work with only a moderate benefit, when considering what has already been done
Okay, let me address your arguments one by one.
Please note that I am mostly speaking here from my own perspective.
Who will organize this and pay for this?
Then it requires admin and IT security stuff because whereever money flows, things get complicated. And then also every money transfer could be subject to local and international taxation.
This would require a lot of resourced from the SM team.
Too much hassle for a few bucks.
The easiest, quickest and most convenient way for me is to simply buy the NFT that I need once and then just keep it. That’s it. One transaction.
With that I only need to check the reliability of my trading partner once.
And if the SM team would do these transactions, then again, who and why would pay for that to be organized?
Yes, that’s how a free market works. No guarantees.
People need to use their own brains and learn to manage money, assetts and risks.
The NFTs are already worth much more than what SM is selling them.
Selling them back at a loss or away makes no sense to me.
And why would SM be willing to buy back their own already sold products?
If an onwer can’t sell his NFT on the buying/selling thread, why would then all of a sudden the SM team be able to sell it?
What is the incentive for SM to do all of this? This requires staff and administration, i.e. time and money.
Okay, but who will pay for that service to be organized and maintained?
No need for that. People go into the buying/selling thread and simply list what they want or offer. That’s it.
Again, who would organize and pay for it?
And why would we want an additional place in the first place. I don’t understand. Everything can be done through the buying/selling thread and through private messages.
This will be subject to scammers. People will simply claim their NFTs “were stolen” and then claim money from SM? This will never work.
The penality of broken trust is completely useless and only applies to possible future transactions.
It does not bring stolen NFTs back.
The goal is to prevent theft in the first place.
Not to put some random scammer account on a black list.
Also, one bot could simply farm the whole library wallet and steal all the NFTs there in 5 seconds and then dissappear forever. I see no option how this can be done safely.
I think most should be aware of this.
We have people here who own more than 100 different NFTs and still buy more, lol.
The interest is not worth the hassle.
No one will get out of bed in the morning for a few bucks.
Just buy the NFT and keep it.
Or just sell it for a proper price and that’s it.
How that? All the info is here on the forum and search functions works.
Nothing difficult here.
Coming back to my questions:
What’s in it for the SM team for offering this?
Who would pay for all of this to organize, program, secure and financially transact?
