Hello there, I went through something similar last September, it took me a while to get over it. However because of this, I was able to figure out a pretty good way to get over it so here is the guide.
PRE-REQUISITE
First off, focus most of your fields on getting over the breakup. The truth is, no matter how you look at it, heartbreak is extremely painful so put a lot of priority on getting over it.
BELIEVE ME when I say, it is better to just focus as much of of your energy and fields to try and get over it as soon as possible, rather than just passively focus on it and let it bleed out for months on end.

Paid Fields

- When listening to this, think of your ex and affirm to yourself that you are moving on
Unbreakable
- This one is VERY important, it makes you motivated to move on and makes you stop feeling sorry for yourself and instead look for solutions to move on instead. (Not sure what free field can replace this one.)

- When listening to this, think of your ex and affirm to yourself that you are moving on
Forgiveness and Release
- Actively forgive your ex and yourself. Forgiving is less about giving them a second chance, but more about letting go of the wrong they did so you can be at peace with yourself.

- This just helps release all the deep emotions inside!

- When listening to any trauma fields, just focus on the memories and how bad they feel, the fields will make it feel lighter over time!

ACTIVE WORK
This part is optional as fields are great by themselves but it seriously helps. Basically, every time a thought comes up that is related to your ex, treat it as an opportunity to let go just a little bit more. So here are the exact steps
- Notice the thought come up
- Take a deep breath
- Affirm and FEEL + BELIEVE to yourself “I am letting go and moving forward”
- Visualize a cord cutting between you 2
- Repeat until thoughts go away (This may take somewhat long)
Also try to spend time with family and friends that genuinely love you. Receiving love from loved ones is quite healing!
Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE disconnect from them in every way possible, don’t look at their social media, don’t look at their story, this just makes everything worse (trust me on this one I’ve been there lol)
