How does my free brain stack look? I’m still relatively new to sapien medicine and keeping an open mind so paying money for paid stacks wouldn’t make sense for me right now. Would definitely be open to paid stacks if I see results.
Add Ego Dissolution as the very first one.

I’d check out @DR_MANHATTAN 's since he is the pro in this forum when it comes about brain stuff
Just go read through his posts or use the search bar to find a good stack
I would jack up the number of loops of superhuman genius and wiring fields if you ask me

I’ve used the search bar for examples. seems like you don’t want to overdo it on things like superhuman genius and you also don’t want it too long from what I gathered.
I’d play it for 3 times
And I would also play more wiring fields like more loops of permanent brain enhancement, brain hemisphere and enhanced visual processing

There are a couple of useless additions in your stack.
Like @Beast said I would jack up the superhuman genius to 20-30 minutes (or much much more), then permanent brain enhancement or ADD-ADHD or Hemisphere synch etc.
And finish with autism treatment and brain regeneration to remove all possible side effects.
