According to the Muscles Beyond Limits thread, Bone Strengthener would increase bone size, but I havenā€™t gotten an answer about the Nose Straightener.

If bone strengthener increases bone size, could it possibly cause hands and feet to grow larger?
Also, are bone strengthener results permanent or do we need to keep listening?
