Do the previous patreon audios stop working if we don’t subscribe to the new one?

The new Patreon is unrelated to previous audios or their ability to work.
Premium ones seem to be non-working at this point, though.

Does the free tier give access to the audio descriptions?

You can check the forum categories on the forum main page. If there’s a lock symbol beside the category, you cannot access that as a free user.
I checked and it seems that the “Audio” category is not locked. So yeah, you can read audio descriptions.
The paid audios in “New Release” category is locked though.
