The Ganges is the embodiment of all sacred waters in Hindu mythology. Local rivers are said to be like the Ganges and are sometimes called the local Ganges. The Godavari River of Maharashtra in Western India is called the Ganges of the South or the ‘Dakshin Ganga’; the Godavari is the Ganges that was led by the sage Gautama to flow through Central India. The Ganges is invoked whenever water is used in Hindu ritual and is therefore present in all sacred waters. Despite this, nothing is more stirring for a Hindu than a dip in the actual river, which is thought to remit sins, especially at one of the famous tirthas such as Gangothri, Haridwar, Triveni Sangam at Allahabad, or Varanasi. The symbolic and religious importance of the Ganges is one of the few things that Hindus, even their skeptics, have agreed upon. Jawaharlal Nehru, a religious iconoclast himself, asked for a handful of his ashes to be thrown into the Ganges. “The Ganga,” he wrote in his will, “is the river of India, beloved of her people, round which are intertwined her racial memories, her hopes and fears, her songs of triumph, her victories and her defeats. She has been a symbol of India’s age-long culture and civilization, ever-changing, ever-flowing, and yet ever the same Ganga.”
This will work on charging whatever fluids with the power and energy of the above mentioned, even enhanced to be a little more defined in structure that the original.
Use as much as needed, simply play the audio with whatever fluid you wish the charge around the sound itself.

well , your opinion is true , but it is only on the ghats , but remember ganga flowing from gomukh is the purest water , i think @Dreamweaver took the essence from it , also entire india in one way or the other drinks ganga water every day , there is no other source of water form in india , she travels from kashmir to kanyakumari with love ,
she may have different names in different states , but it is the same ganga.
its same like us , god manifested as all of us , but a veil of maya she kept on us for a play makes us differentiate , same is with ganga , that is why she is called Ganga Maya (lord ganga )
Yes, I know what you are talking about, and thank you for your feedback. It’s a sacred river in India, and what I meant was the industrial and household pollution that poisoned its mistream and downstream. Actually the ghats are quite magnetic for me. I quite enjoyed walks around the ghats in Varanasi.
Yes, mismanagement, dumping of industrial filth, burning of bodies in some ghats in Varanasi, all these contribute to the sad state of the river today. At several places, for those not used to it, drinking this water is certainly not safe.
That said, the field represents the “ideal” state of the river - its myth, its stories, its believed mystical effects, etc., similar to Lourdes and Chalice fields. Whether or not the actual river/well has any real mystical powers, the concept holds importance to people - and the field brings forth the best aspects of these held concepts (and more)…
Metaphysically, Ganga represents the Pingala Nadi, River Yamuna the Ida and River Sarasvati (which is extinct physically) the central channel of Sushumna. The three rivers meet at the place called Prayaga which is compared with the Third-eye or Ajna Chakra where the three channels meet.
Are you sure about this one? The common reference is to Ganga “Mayya” where Mayya means mother in colloquial Hindi. Also, Ganga is always visualized a female deity, riding a crocodile, so she is never identified as a male archetype (“lord”).
