Hey guys just wanted to know how do you get faster results. By listening to one audio 3 times at once back to back or by listening once at the morning once in the afternoon and once before bed.

You could try one of these mandalas. They can be printed and will work constantly. You can also use the mandalas by simply leaving them open on a computer or mobile phone screen.
