Perhaps if we’re speaking of extremes on a tabula rasa character, that might be the case.
In this particular world, sometimes you just have to be a jack of all trades. Ultimately it’s balancing out the scales of what exactly suits you for that moment. Even the idea of solely strength or intelligence as superior in one case or another is a fallacy, but of course Conceptual Realizations probably will help in reaching this nuance.
From my personal life experience, anti-fragility and sociability is perhaps the biggest determinant of success. It is no surprise that Silicon Valley, formerly home to high IQ slightly libertarian leaning individuals has been taken over by highly sociable, cosmopolitan liberal types. Not to say either one is superior to another, but the nature of scaling hierarchies results in the need for a division of needs. Every Quantum Computer, Fork Lift and Truck engineer, ICBM and Robot technician is at the mercy of marketing departments, social agendas etc…
So what is the gist of what I am saying?
To shorten it up, anti-fragility is the chief aim. Most of us here who are able to understand the biomedical nature of Sapien’s Fields and take enough of a risk on something that is not empirically proven are probably higher in IQ and creativity enough test something groundbreaking and new. I highly doubt most of the people on this forum are low IQ guys.
For @Atreides case, being more sly and Machiavellian (which of course, have nothing to do with the Knight Mindset nor CR fields) will probably not be of assistance in maneuvering a job filled with toxic people since from what I’ve read of him, he isn’t toxic himself. Strength on the other hand will affect him mentally enough that he will create a more imposing presence that will deter toxicity, like it or not, in this particular world people still have a primal nature.
My argument is simple. To increase your chances at not only survival, but to be able to thrive in such an environment, the physical strength gained from St. Biceps would create a more anti-fragile existence.
And finally
Ever wonder why soldiers don’t rule the world ? Why fighters fight in cage promoting sht.
I don’t see why you feel the need to use false dichotomies and a lack of nuance, in addition to a hostile attitude when someone holds a different opinion.
I could just as easily argue;
Why are economists not rich while Gymbros on Twitter make easy 6 figures from ecommerce?
Why does Conor MacGregor make more in a fight than a Nuclear Physicist?
