When i use it, it makes me wanna spend as much time as possible in the gym.
at some point i was going 3 times a day for a week or two
i then realized 2 times does the job if i combine legs with chest and back in the afternoon and then arms in the evening (and spam quick and easy muscle cheat all day long as well to be able to do it)
i was close to starting 3 times full body workout, but i had to use energy for something else, i’d use gym when i’d be bored and had nothing to do.
as i am using the field now, cant wait to get bored like that again haha
the soul tribe of gigachads is interesting, with all the most muscular guys i feel sort of coherence, like hey sup dude.
in general makes me feel good and more confident in myself
sort of a tool towards becoming best masculine version of thyself through real life changes it guides me towards.

What this field does for me is put me in an absolutely relaxed state. Total IDGAF because somewhere deep inside u just know everything is all right and how it should be. Perceived slightly differently by women.
