In term of general health (not related to money/budget). Do you think gold or silver chains/rings better for health?
In my country, silver is more popular about health benefits like it anti flu, cold, toxic…, while gold is consider for luxury and beauty…
What is your opinion?

It’s okay to wear a wedding band or a chain.
These deleterious effects were more obvious in maximum dose and chronic phase.
Just don’t be like this guy.
