Great Breathing exercise

this method in my opinion is better than “mindful meditation”
i’ve been using this method for about a week so im not an expert at it yet.

With this you can go deep into the parasympathetic nervous system that makes your stress resilience go way high and it also releases trauma that is stored.
You mindfully breathe 30 times as deep as you can and then you exhale and do not breathe for 1 minute. Then you do 1 recovery breathe and hold that for 15 seconds.
I tried this and felt deeply relaxed. Epinephrine is released into the body as well.

with this in your arsenal maybe you wont feel so dependent on morphic fields on days when you need a break from listening
