I also did the training to be a Soma Breath instructor a while back.

But honestly I really prefer the Guided Belly Pranayama from Sammy.

The only thing I change is turning off the volume for the last retention and keeping it much longer to go into a deeper hypoxic / meditative state.

Hmm, i just started with it (advanced pranayama) next to Wim Hof Breathing. I do love the feeling afterwards, feels like my body is buzzing! Interestingly enough, it also dissolves my right sleepy leg when in yoga pose after a whileā€¦ Iā€™m still looking on how to integrate this one daily since my morning is already packed :thinking:

Makes me rather happy to see some people still do this exercise :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I spent a lot of money on getting someone to animate that video and didnā€™t realize til after, that I had nothing to gain from doing so lol. But people doing the exercise and benefitting is all the gain I needed eh. Iā€™ve always been very confident in that doing this daily or even sometimes is very noticably effective and just gets better for you over time. Iā€™m still doing it daily and I donā€™t know if Iā€™d be as grounded without it.

Iā€™d love to recommend you the new practices I do as well these days but theyā€™re sort of dangerous so I donā€™t think I should do thatā€¦ yet at least lol.

Soooo, you play your playlist and then do the exercises Sammy indicates on your own? Or do you play the video in parallel for an hour and another device for playing the fields. Just wondering :slight_smile:

I have been doing the star exercise for sometime everyday, and Its been helping me feel the audio fields better, but this has been taking it to the next level.

I just completed the exerciseā€¦It was definitely a struggle, but I made it all the way through. I did this in the half lotus, thoughā€¦canā€™t go full lotus yet.

This got me curious trying this out while doing the star exerciseā€¦so i replayed the video and its way harder standing and holding my breath with my arms outā€¦ I gave out once the 60 second round came on lolā€¦had 20 seconds left of that roundā€¦

Is this safe to do while doing the star exercise?

that reminds me of a healer i met in Shasta. She told me most of the people that practice Reiki are doing it wrong because they collect the energy around them. Since she told me that, Iā€™ve been doing her method because it resonated with me more. She collects energy from the Most High, the Highest Source.

It coincided with how i felt collecting fresh spring water from the neighboring mountain there. I compared how i felt drinking the water from the low point to a higher point. Iā€™m not sure if it was my mind just playing tricks on me, but i actually felt more energized with the higher water. I wouldā€™ve gotten higher in the mountain, but she told me not to go above the tree line because its sacred, so i respected the boundary.

i need to visit that place again soonā€¦i miss the taste of that waterā€¦next best thing though is Dreamā€™s Mount Shasta field lolā€¦gonna listen to that now

i apologize i kinda sounded judgemental by saying a method is wrongā€¦i guess there might not be any wrong methodsā€¦just preferenceā€¦i just rather receive energy from the Highest Source instead of taking it from nearby energy

I have been doing this fairly consistently over a couple of weeks and I always wonder for this practice to be as effective as it can be do I need to fully deplete my lungs of air (might sound crazy but I want to be sure), in the intervals where the breath needs to be held for 30, 60, 45 seconds and so on or do I just keep enough air for me to fairly comfortably be able to withstand the time?
