Guided Belly Pranayama

One of the benefit of breath retention on empty lungs is to quickly reach an intermittent state of hypoxia, which creates a positive stress response, boost your immune functions, brings you to a deeper state of meditation, etc.

My advice would simply be to empty your lungs, without use of force, at a level that feels natural & comfortable. So you can fully relax & surrender into the state.

Also, if you struggle to hold the full breath retention, there is no problem in taking a quick inhale and exhale in the middle.

As if you came to the surface to get some air really quickly, so you can dive again.

Youā€™ll see that the ability to relax and hold a longer time expands very rapidly.

I thought I could somewhat do it, but now learning that emptying lungs provides the full benefit I see how far I am to correctly perform the pranayama. Thank you for the advice :slight_smile:

Hell yeah. I sometimes do it as a refresher mid day. Take advantage and play fields while doing it too. Remember, pranayama draws in energy and charges/amplifies your energy system with it. A field playing will be the best kind of energy to draw inā€¦

Never thought of playing a field whilst doing this pranayama technique and that energy will be amplified, thank you for the advice as well as the technique :slight_smile:

I always do a quick ā€œWim Hofā€ or ā€œSomaā€ (similar to these) when Iā€™m listening to fields, want to boost them, and canā€™t play jing/chi or anything else on another device.

Besides hydration, this is the other missing key to integrate fields smoothly, imo.

Sometimes yes, depending on my schedule.

It certainly amplifys the positive effects, including boosts in the fields and personal intent.

IĀ“m ā€œbuzzingā€ afterwards.

That being said, how much IĀ“m able to stay fully focused and immersed in the practice proved way more important than just doing more rounds. Quality > quantity

Ahh got you got you. Yeah, longer periods of practice definitely amplifies effects and works towards more permanent growth as well. Iā€™m very likely making a new pranayama video soon too.

Have you started incorporating tibetan rtites btw?

Is it gonna be about the mixture of pranayama + star exercise that you mentioned before in another post? If so, Iā€™m so eagerly awaiting :star_struck:

I wasnā€™t expecting this when I started doing it but I think Iā€™ve seen firsthand those cardio improvements you talk about. Iā€™ve only been doing it for 6 days so I gotta stay disciplined so I can be 100% sure about results.

@SammyG could you please make a video about the Star exercise + Pranayma? just like you explained at yesterday on the Webnar, i did listen to but didnā€™t catch all the detailsā€¦, aleast oneā€¦ the OM chanting!

would be cool if you can actually make a PDF including all steps and hints during the process, if becomes too muchā€¦ i could do it for you and share it at here.

Loooove pranayama, gives me relaxation and energy!

Iā€™m currently doing a pranayama practise, based on the old ones, guided by more than 3 generations of Ascended Masters, and slowly trying it out on the public.

So interesting to hear, even before people try:

  • Iā€™ve been breathing all my life, Iā€™m fine
  • No time
  • Maybe after my holiday, Iā€™ll be more relaxed thanā€¦

And during, some feel cold, others warm, tingly, high definitely is most common, relaxed, energized.
Most people still need basics, so interesting to see how disconnected we are from our natural state!

This weekend Iā€™m gonna guide 4 martial artist, looking forward to see how they do!

Hmmmā€¦ not sure if this is the correct place,
But I just dislodge some energetic critters:
One like a hairy tarantula from my head, it slit off and crawled away, and something from the intestinesā€¦ like passing normal feaces, but nothing there irl!
It sounds more scary then it was!
Anyone else?

Iā€™ve been guided, from within, to do a diff breathworkā€¦ mostly focused on feeding the prefrontal. It raises my vibrationā€¦thus dislodging what no longer ā€œservesā€ā€¦ with higher vibration, they can no longer co-excist!

Any one else expriencing side-effects of such purging??
