Guided Belly Pranayama

I have been holding off on writing this because I want to make a video on it but then some of you guys will be waiting for far too long lol. So I’ll drop the knowledge here.

The guided belly pranayama technique is here in the video above. The star exercise technique is spoken of in this site https://www.scienceofbeing.com/the-star-exercise or in the thread in this forum. Learn both before proceeding.

Before doing this exercise, you should have a field you want to engorge yourself with. If it’s an nft image, having it in front of you where you can see it while standing or have a laminated version of it on both feet would do wonders. An audio is great and easier. Any field is fine (you might want more stem cells or physical stuff too and it will be extremely enhanced here) but I always recommend fields like higher vibrational, things like blueprint of life, knight warrior, love gratitude, ext… Whatever field you use for this, you will have expanded within you tenfold and your aura is going to be radiating with it all day.

So it is best to do the star exercise standing up but if you can’t, that is fine. I do it sitting sometimes and still recieve the energy. But standing up is certainly the best way. You start off with your left hand facing up and right hand facing downwards and saying the phrase ‘I am one with universal life energy’ then ‘it is flowing through me now’ ’ i feel it now’ and then do a repeated 30 breaths in through nose and out through mouth. (Fast breaths for nose to mouth)

During the breaths, imagining energy from the universe flowing into you. Feel that you are infinite. Feel that you are the source of the universe and everything flows through you. Last 5 breaths, make them much more expanded. Then after last breath, hold without breathing for 30-45 seconds.

While holding, chanting ommmmmmm in your mind helps clear any energies, release any resistance in your beingness and also raises your vibration. OM is the source sound/vibration of all the universe. So chanting this while taking in universal life energy… enhances this process in a multidimensional way.

Then after holding for 30-45 seconds, breathe in for 15-20 seconds and release.

Repeat the same process again (say the same phrase) and do nose to nose exhalations then holds. (slower deeper expanded breaths for nose to nose)

Then you can sit down if you aren’t sitting already but if you want you can do this standing up as well. say the star exercise words again and Now do the guided belly pranayama. The reason this is essential is because all this energy you are gathering will be stored and primed into your navel/solar plexus energy storage center. This will also supercharge all of your chakras and just amplify all this energy in your whole energy system.

Two sets of

  1. nose to mouth then nose to mouth 20 breaths each
  2. nose to mouth then nose to nose 40 breaths each

Right before each set, say the star exercise words. And during holds, mentally chant om.

When you’re finally done, I’d always recommend to meditate for a few minutes. If you want, chanting OM for a few more minutes will continue to dissolve any resistance, or negative energy and raise your vibration. Chanting out loud would be better at this point if you choose.

Did the exercise as described with Ojas field in the background;
during the first round of the star exercise, I felt a very intense tingling in my legs and palms. During the nose breathing in the second round, I suddenly felt an immense surge of energy accumulating and stagnating in the solar plexus, it was almost painful.
I sat down to do the pranayama and after a while I felt the energy gently forcing its way from the solar plexus to my crown. Very blissful sensation.
I meditated while chanting OM in my head for a couple of minutes with Ojas still going in the background. I feel very refreshed, balanced and peaceful. Recharged in all ways.
I will keep doing the exercise as described. I can only imagine the sensations and benefits will be stronger over time, as visualizing the energy improves.
I’m still buzzing after 20 minutes…

Last night I woke up at 4am after 6 hours of sleep — wide awake and not tired at all — and just went right to my cpu and did this exercise. Almost immediately after i went right back to bed and slept the best 3 hours of restorative sleep… Clearly there’s some nervous system regulation happening here.

Love this exercise in my morning routine, but now I’m wondering if it should also be a right before bed routine… curious if anyone has thoughts on the science of it. i know about 4:8 breathing etc. But what about the hypoxic holds, the field, the rhythm of it — is it activating the parasympathetic nervous system? or perhaps whichever one (sympathetic) you need, depending on the time of day?

Doing it before bed helps to really calm me down, especially when I’ve had a lot of caffeine during the day.

I always struggled to do the star exercise constantly. I’m sure it will be a great tool for everyone!
