Is there an issue with Gumroad currently or is it just my card that’s the problem? Sorry if this is a repeat question I dont check this section often

Its and on and off issue you just gotta read through other posts for tips and suggestions, just the other day it was happening to some, and they had to end up emailing Gumroad to be unblocked or something like that

sorry those were all pretty old so I didn’t read them. I sent a message though now. I know I overdrafted the other day but I put in more cash so I didn’t know if that was the problem or Gumroad

A few of us posted about it in the last few days and we emailed their customer service and they fixed it. And yes reading from the bottom of the thread would have given you that info.

Gumroad is blocking my purchases, and keeps sending me an automated message about PayPal when I email their customer support center. It doesn’t address my concerns at all. Does anyone have an alternate contact for them, one where people actually respond?
