You can’t. It was discontinued because of chargebacks I believe.

You can try it with prepaid credit cards like “wise” though.

Search for Wise prepaid credit card.
The steps are on the website. When you are done and have your card you can transfer money on it and pay through it.

Depends from where and how you transfer your money.
You need to do some steps though like verification etc. in the beginning. That takes time
